- Care staff (caregivers)
- We provide daily life support and nursing care services to support users in their daily lives. We draw out the capabilities of each user and provide care that is tailored to each individual. Working style and hours will vary depending on the service desired. Our company mainly provides group homes for the elderly, as well as paid nursing homes, small-scale multi-functional home care, urban low-cost nursing homes, and day care services. No experience or qualifications are required. You can start even if you have no qualifications or experience. (There is a qualification support system.)
- Care manager
- You will be responsible for all care management tasks at the facility, including creating nursing care service plans tailored to the circumstances and requests of users. In order to realize the lifestyle that users desire, you will disseminate the care plan to the team and incorporate it into daily care. You will also be responsible for nursing care tasks depending on the service and working style. Required: Care support specialist. Preferential treatment for those who have completed dementia care practitioner training.
- Unit Leader / Floor Leader
- As a leader of the unit (floor) in charge, you will be responsible for nursing care work and for instructing and educating staff on nursing techniques. Another important part of your job is to communicate with those around you and convey nursing care policies in an easy-to-understand manner to everyone, from newcomers to veterans, so that you can support users as a team. You will also be responsible for providing support to the home manager (facility director) and contacting users' families. Required: care worker. Preference will be given to those with experience in training staff.
- Home/facility manager
- As the manager of the facility, you will manage staff and perform general administrative duties. Administrative duties include income and expenditures, finances, dealing with family and moving in and out, and responding to emergencies involving users. There is a lot of discretion, and it is an environment where you can easily realize your ideal while demonstrating your management skills. There is support from the area manager who oversees the facility in each region and the head office department. Required: Care worker, care manager, etc. Experience as a manager of a care facility preferred.
- Cooking staff
- This job brings joy and smiles to our users through 'food.' You will be in charge of cooking meals at a nursing care facility. You can work with peace of mind knowing that you will be cooking according to recipes determined by a nutritionist. Depending on your work schedule, you may also be responsible for shopping for ingredients and placing orders. No experience or qualifications are required. Housewives with gaps in their work history are also welcome to join us.
- Nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists
- [Nurse] Checking users' vital signs, managing medication, and coordinating with medical institutions. [Physiotherapist] Planning programs aimed at maintaining and improving physical functions and providing guidance to staff, etc. [Occupational Therapist] Support for the physical and mental functions necessary for the daily life of users. [Speech-language-hearing therapist] Oral exercises and other recreational activities, evaluation and rehabilitation for eating and swallowing disorders, etc. Required: For each occupation, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, etc.
- Administrative staff, shuttle driver, maintenance and cleaning
- [Administrative staff] Responsibilities include greeting visitors and phone calls, entering data using a computer, and following up with nursing staff. [Shuttle driver] We also provide nursing care services such as transportation to and from your home, going to the hospital, and going out. [Maintenance and cleaning] Cleaning within the business premises, inspection and management of equipment, etc. *Recruiting only paid nursing homes. Required: No experience or special qualifications are required. Drivers must have a driver's license (AT OK).
- Head office staff
- At our head office (Shintoshin, Chuo-ku, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) and group companies, we handle back office operations (human resources, labor, legal affairs, facilities management, IT support, recruitment, etc.). Required: It depends on the department you are assigned to. We welcome people who want to support the company.
勤務制度
Shift work system. Day shift only is possible depending on the facility. Night shifts about 5 times a month for full-shift workers. Part-time and short working hours possible depending on the business location. No forced transfers. Commuting by car, motorbike, or bicycle is possible depending on the facility.

There are seven levels from N (trainee) to M3 (home manager in charge of education). Example: Care staff → Unit Leader → Home Manager. It is possible to change your status of residence from 'specific skills' to 'caregiving' after passing the Certified Care Worker Examination.
